16th-22nd August CANNOT enter this tournament. |

Entrants to the Under 14 Mixed Doubles can only play in their
OWN AGE GROUP and CANNOT play up an age group. Event 30
U/18 Doubles is for
both Under 16 and Under 18 and will start on SUNDAY. |

Anyone playing in ANY event in the Main Tournament or with a rating of
10.2 or better
CANNOT enter the Under 12/Under 10 Round Robin and Knockout Double Events on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday - there are
singles and Doubles events in the main tournament for the better Under 12s.
U/12 Round Robin forms available only from the Tournament Marquee on
Sunday, Monday & Tuesday morning. |

Players must wear recognised tennis attire
and footwear on court at all times (i.e.
NO BARE FEET OR TRAINERS/BEACH WEAR/RUGBY SHIRTS) |

ANYONE who, in opinion of the Committee, breaks the LTA Code of Conduct Rule 14 (see below) will be
excluded from the future tournaments. THIS INCLUDES YOUR BEHAVIOUR IN
AND AROUND THE TOWN & LOCAL VILLAGES. LTA CODE OF CONDUCT RULE 14 "A player shall at all times, both on and off court, conduct himself/herself in a manner which reflects
favourable on the game and upon fellow players and failure to do so shall render the player liable to
disciplinary action by the LTA." |

PLEASE NOTE the order of play for the
FIRST TWO DAYS of the Tournament is included in the Conditions of Entry, thereafter an order of play for the next day will be displayed outside the Referee's tent and on the
website after 5pm each day. Please Do Not Ring For Individual Times of
Play. |

Entries are limited in many Junior events so
early entry recommended to avoid disappointment. |

All players restricted to a maximum of 3
events. |

The Committee hopes that you will enter

THE ATTENTION
OF COMPETITORS IS DRAWN TO THE FOLLOWING REGULATIONS OF THE L.T.A.
No complaint with the Tournament can be entertained by the committee
unless made in writing and lodged with the Secretary of the Tournament
within 48 hours of the occurrence of the cause of the same and no
application for leave to appeal against any decision of the Committee
can be entertained by the Council unless made in writing and lodged with
the Secretary of the Association within 10 days of the receipt of such
decision by the complaint |
