Tournament 2006 Photos

We will take photos during the tournament and a selection will appear on the website. As last year if you would like your photo to appear on the website, just ask either Malcolm or Pat to take your photo and we will do our best to make sure it appears in the Photo Gallery.

Saturday morning, time 10am and as you can see there is a lot of work to be done to make
sure that everything is ready for the start of the Tournament tomorrow Sunday 20th August.

Oh our Secretary Chris leaves putting up the nets and surrounds to lend a hand to two
ladies who are in just a little spot of bother putting up their awning.

The Tournament started on Sunday to mixed weather, two very heavy showers mid and late
morning nearly stopped play for the day. However the sun came out and most of Sunday’s
scheduled matches were completed.

The checking in tables were put in and out a few times on Wednesday because of rain showers,
but there was always someone checking what was going on rain or not.

The television cameras were at the ground on Wednesday all day, look out for the programme later this year.

Here are finals day photos, if you see the same person more than once it is not been duplicated
it means that person has won or come runner up in more than one event, some you will see have their photos on three times. We took photos of all those at the presentation, unfortunately some matches were still being completed at this time so we could not obviously get photos of these players.
