Postal Entry Information

If you wish to enter the tournament using the old postal method you will need to read the tournament prospectus, and you will also need to read and agree with our terms and conditions of entry. You’ll then need to download and print an entry form which you will need to post with a cheque to the address provided.

Before adding player details for this entry please note the following important information:

You need a British Tennis Membership Number (“BTM number”) to enter these events. If you do not already have a BTM number then go to https:// www3.lta.org.uk/Members/Join/ to sign up for membership and get your number.

Also, if you are entering Age Restricted Events you will need to use you age on 31st August this year to determine your relevant competition age for Hunstanton LTT. If in doubt use the Lawn Tennis Association (LTA) Age Calculator at http://www.lta.org.uk/competitionagegroups.

If you have not had official confirmation on website of acceptance by July 7th please contact the Secretary.

• British Tennis Membership: “I consent to the details provided on this entry form to be used to update the membership of the person identified.”
• Data Usage Statement: “I consent to the LTA and/or the organisers of LTA tournaments, from my geographical area, using the details provided on the entry form to communicate information about this and future tournaments, in my geographical area, via post/email or SMS.”
• Disciplinary Statement: “I acknowledge and agree that I am subject to the Rules and Regulations of the LTA (including without limitation, the LTA’s Tournament Regulations, Anti- Procedures and Regulations Concerning Match Fixing, Financial Speculation and Betting) and hereby fully and unconditionally submit to the jurisdiction and authority of the LTA.”
• Doping Statement: “ I consent to the player participating in doping control procedures if selected, undertaken by a doping control officer appointed by UK Sport”. N/A for 10u competitions.
• Media Statement: “ I consent to being involved with any publicity connected with LTA Staged or Supported including media interviews, photographs, T.V. footage and LTA research projects. Please inform the Tournament organiser, if you do not wish to be involved in such publicity.
